1 General Terms

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bdt222bet platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the bdt222bet Sportsbook Rules document, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. Key general sportsbook principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the bdt222bet system. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out facility on that particular market.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account on the bdt222bet platform under any name or identity.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled in accordance with normal market rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

• The Player has provided false documentation during KYC verification.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and holds a zero balance.

7.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive where no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdt222bet will notify the Player at the registered email address before any inactive account action is taken. Accounts with a positive real-money balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may have an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month deducted from the remaining balance, to a minimum of ৳0. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

8 Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bdt222bet, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the platform in violation of applicable law; or (c) any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on the platform.
